We're seeking a future team member for the role of SVP Product - Client Service to join our Treasury Servicess team. This role is located in Pittsburgh - ONSITE
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Customer/Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our digital products deliver best in class solution.
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, and define business case and OKRs, for Treasury Services Digital Product
• Product Development: Lead the product development including, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Support product roll-out: Create strategy to safely release products, test their effectiveness, and define enhancements to constantly improve client experience
• Innovation and Trends: Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in financial technology, particularly in the Treasury space, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs and data analytics.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience leading team of product managers and operating within agile framework with technology and design partners.

With limited guidance, contributes to data, analytics, technology and software product development and strategy for moderately-sized products of limited complexity or small, non-complex products. Supports more experienced colleagues with relevant competitive, market and financial analysis to gain breadth of knowledge in relevant platforms, products and services. Extensive experience and deep expertise in product management. Ability to lead complex and strategically important product initiatives. Primary responsibilities include: Driving the development of key technical products and solutions with significant impact. Serving as a thought leader and expert within the technical product management team and across the organization. Collaborating closely with VP Technical Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of technical product strategy. Influencing product direction at a strategic level, often working on products that are critical to the business or are highly innovative.
Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelor's degree in a technical related field, typically Engineering or CS degree, or equivalent work experience required. 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology. Proven experience as a technical product manager (7+ years). Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences. Excellent problem solving capabilities, experience with agile methodologies and a track record of successful product launches. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project simultaneously. This role requires deep product management expertise, excellent leadership skills and strong business judgement.
